Best Gym in Union City, CA

Image
If you are looking for a gym that can help you stay in great shape, then look no further than Roots Kickboxing in Union City. Roots is a gym that offers both Muay Thai and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu for all age ranges. Personally, I prefer this better than going to a 24-hour fitness or a city sports, because Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu have more to offer than just simply lifting weights. One class session, will work your cardio immensely, and punching and kicking also will work muscles you never realized you even had. Jiu-Jitsu also works on cardio and strength as you are trying to push and pull another human being, it is often called the art of folding laundry with someone still inside. Simply put both Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu are a great way to work on cardio, strength, flexibility, and learn the ability for self-defense. Check out their website below and Yelp page for more information. *Roots Homepage, 2024, accessed 2/13/2024,<http://rootskickboxing.com> https://www.rootskickboxing...

James Logan High School Hidden Gem in Union City

Image
When speaking with buyers, one thing that gets overlooked about Union City is how good the schools are and one that does not get enough credit is James Logan High School. James Logan High School was built in 1959 right across from the Union City Library, Union City Townhall, and Union City Police Department. It is the only high school in Union City and has close to 3,500 students. One of the great things that James Logan is known for is their Dual Enrollment. With Dual Enrollment, your child gets the advantage of getting both their high school and college credits at the same time. What is great about this program is the students can take this after school and they even offer online classes. Guide to Buying Your First Home in Today's Market

Image
Due to the high demand for homes, being a buyer in today's market is very difficult. Most homes on the market usually sell very quickly, leaving the buyers to make quick decisions on one of the biggest purchases in their lives. With homes lasting only a few days, buyers have to comprehend the financial side, location, the disclosures, and the terms of the contract. As a realtor, my goal is to help buyers understand the process from the start of the transaction to the finish. We love to educate our buyers and help them be more confident in their decisions, compete with other aggressive buyers, and ultimately win their dream home.   To start, we have an Introductory Call and The Numbers Class. This is where we figure out what you are looking for in a home and understand your finances. Once we figure out what you are looking for, we then dive into The Numbers Class and see what your buying power is. In The Numbers Class, we share with you a spreadsheet on how lenders will l...
